As 2022 rounded to a close, the decision was made by vote of the church to update the foyer in the new year. Over the past several weeks, work began in earnest to put the updates into effect. For two Sundays, the church met in the Davis Center as remodeling was underway. On March 26, 2023, Oak Park members were welcomed back into the building for the first service with our new look, featuring paint, furniture, and lighting updates.

In addition to the foyer remodel, the lighting in the sanctuary was redone with new LED lights, providing a brighter and warmer experience during service times.

Oak Park would like to thank Christy Warren and the design team for creating a beautiful, updated look to our foyer. Thank you to all the behind the scenes members that helped with the new lighting and painting. The new look for our building would not have been possible without all your help.
